Primo Sunrise

A modern SoHo building with its own character, Primo Sunrise @ Gurney Drive won the PAM Awards 2019 with its innovative concept of utilising spaces efficiently and its design concept that is inspired by the traditional method of dividing objects on display in a cabinet – the Chinese Cabinet of Curiosity, leading to experimentation with the division of spaces vertically in a high-rise construction. The facade is extended outwards to form bristle-soleil for sun shading – breaking free from the common urban residential buildings designs.
