Vivo

Vivo – a residential project sitting at the fringe of Aspen Vision City, is a prominent gateway upon entering from Penang Second Bridge. Imitating the rhythm of the sea waves, the façade design of this repetitive housing building creates a connection between the sea and the land. 

This repetitive housing unit is designed to optimise every inch of habitable space. We are able to accommodate 2+1 room with 2 bathrooms comfortably within a typical unit of 750 sqft. This would not be possible without the collaboration with our appointed structural engineer to ensure the structural walls are designed efficiently to give more to a habitable space.
