Mulligan House

The site, a lush hillside near the coast of Batu Ferringghi brought about a contemporary house which responds to its environment. The local climate, a guiding principle to the design strategy has resulted in the house being naturally ventilated via the raised jack-roof. Ample glazing around selected spaces of the house ensures the penetration of natural light during the day whilst maintaining a continuous relationship between man and nature.
