Crown Logistics

Crown Logistics is a global logistics powerhouse with diversified businesses in transportation of commodities and records management. We were engaged to construct a storage site for Crown Records Management that is environmentally friendly and has an effortless operational flow, with different access points designated for different personnel.

As the client deals with  corporate data and assets, reliability and confidentiality are of the utmost importance. We came up with a design solution that is functional, sleek, and secure. The facility is designed using cross ventilation, a natural wind-driven strategy that is able to keep itself cool without solely relying on electricity. This allows the site to maintain an optimum temperature to protect the integrity of the documents safeguarded in the facility. Additionally, the roof and walls were also insulated with steel panels to control the climate of the facility. Once the structure was assembled, the exterior was decorated with colours that display the corporate identity.

Overall, the facility projects an efficient and secure presence through our design planning that allows smooth maneuvering inside and outside, and also climatically effective for a records storing site.
